This is correct for a 1970 – 1972 Skylark, GS or GSX (maybe others?)
This would install in the Bulkhead via the 3 Bare Wire Terminals shown in the photo and then is simply plugs into your Wiper Motor and Washer Pump.
These are NOT sold individually so it’s not something you could typically purchase. (You would have to purchase an entire headlight harness to get this section)
This one was removed from a Race Car that was not using Wipers . . . .
